Year-Round Enrichment Classes
At Lakeview Academy, we believe that a strong education goes beyond the core academic subjects. Our year-round enrichment classes are designed to support the growth of the whole child by giving students opportunities to develop physically, creatively, socially, culturally, and spiritually throughout the school year.
Spanish
Our Spanish enrichment class introduces students to the Spanish language and culture in a fun and engaging way. Through songs, stories, vocabulary practice, conversations, and interactive lessons, students begin building communication skills while gaining appreciation for another language and culture. Spanish instruction helps students develop listening skills, memory, pronunciation, and cultural awareness. At Lakeview Academy, we believe early exposure to language learning helps students become more confident, curious, and globally minded learners.
Art class
Art class at Lakeview Academy encourages creativity, imagination, and self-expression. Students are introduced to different materials, techniques, colors, styles, and artistic concepts that allow them to explore their ideas in meaningful ways. Through art, students develop fine motor skills, focus, patience, problem-solving, and confidence in their own creativity. Art also gives students the opportunity to learn about different artists, cultures, and forms of expression while creating projects they can be proud of.
Technology in the Classroom
Lakeview Academy also values the use of technology as a tool to enhance learning. Interactive classroom technology, such as smart boards, helps make lessons more engaging, visual, and dynamic. These tools allow teachers to present information in creative ways, helping students better understand and connect with the material being taught. By combining a strong curriculum, teacher guidance, and interactive learning tools, we work to create a classroom environment that keeps students involved, focused, and excited about learning.
Physical Education
At Lakeview Academy helps students develop healthy habits, coordination, teamwork, and physical confidence. Through age-appropriate movement activities, games, and exercises, students strengthen their motor skills while learning the importance of cooperation, discipline, sportsmanship, and staying active. Our goal is to help students understand that physical activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Physical Education also gives students the opportunity to release energy, build confidence, and learn how to work positively with others.
Extracurricular activities
At Lakeview Academy, we believe students benefit from opportunities to explore interests beyond the classroom. Our extracurricular activities are designed to give students meaningful experiences that support creativity, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. Throughout the year, students may have the opportunity to participate in different after-school activities. These activities may vary from year to year and can include programs such as karate, chess, dance, and other enrichment opportunities based on availability and student interest. Our goal is to provide activities that encourage students to try new things, develop their talents, build friendships, and enjoy a well-rounded school experience. At Lakeview Academy, we are proud to support student growth both inside and outside the classroom.

Bible class
Bible class supports the moral and spiritual development of our students through age-appropriate lessons, stories, and discussions. Students are encouraged to learn values such as kindness, honesty, gratitude, compassion, respect, forgiveness, and love for God, family, and others. At Lakeview Academy, Bible class helps students reflect on positive character traits and make meaningful connections between faith, behavior, and everyday life. Our goal is to help students grow not only academically, but also in character and understanding. These classes help students become more confident, creative, respectful, active, and thoughtful individuals. After School Programs
At Lakeview Academy, our After School Program is designed to provide students with a safe, positive, and engaging environment after the regular school day. The program gives children the opportunity to relax, play, socialize, complete homework, and participate in meaningful activities that support their continued growth. Students are given time for active play, indoor and outdoor games, and creative activities that encourage independence, imagination, and cooperation. Many activities allow children to make choices, explore their interests, and build confidence through self-directed and group experiences. The program also provides time for students to work on homework and practice responsibility with the support and encouragement they need. Our goal is to create a balanced after-school experience where children can enjoy themselves, stay engaged, and continue developing socially, emotionally, and academically. At Lakeview Academy, we believe that after-school time should be both productive and enjoyable.
